1.0 First-time visit For your initial clean, there may be a one-time fee that covers the additional time and effort required for the first cleaning. The cost varies based on the size of your residence and the frequency of ongoing cleanings. We will explain this fee during the sign-up process.
1.05 Service Expectations Our pure water cleaning system is effective at removing general dirt from windows. However, if there is any builders’ residue (e.g., plaster, concrete, paint, etc.), stickers or adhesive, staining/discoloration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust, or UV bleaching of frames on your windows, our pure water cleaning system may not be effective. Please notify us when we call to arrange your first clean.
1.1 Visit Frequency We offer monthly or Bi-Monthly visits for your convenience. Due to factors such as rain, we ask for some flexibility on scheduling and request a week’s grace period.
1.2 Bad Weather We avoid cleaning windows in the rain as much as possible, but we do work in light rain or brief showers. Our work will produce the same results even in bad weather. If the rain is heavy, we will postpone your cleaning until the next working day.
1.3 Refusing Service We understand the importance of reliability and accommodating our customers’ schedules. We allocate time in our schedule for your cleaning. On the day of your scheduled cleaning, we cannot replace your cleaning with another customer. If you turn our team away at the door or cancel on the day of service, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the cleaning or cancel any ongoing service. We also reserve the right to charge the full price if the customer has not made access available on the day of service.
1.4 Termination of Services: If you decide to cancel our services for any reason, you have the right to do so at any time. You can cancel by phone at 01933 328036 or by emailing courtneysexteriorcleaninguk@gmail.com. Please note that we do not offer one-time window cleaning; by utilizing our services, you agree to a minimum of three cleanings. If you cancel before three cleanings, the remaining cleanings will be payable.
1.5 Complaints Procedure: We strive to provide exceptional service every time we clean your windows. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return the next working day to re-clean your windows at no additional charge. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re-cleaned. Also, we do not offer refunds; however, we will rectify any unsatisfactory work at no cost if we are informed within 24 hours of the cleaning date. We take no responsibility to any damages that have happened to your sills or tints on your glass
1.6 Confidentiality: All customer information is confidential and kept on a secure database. We do not share or discuss customer information with any individual or company, as required under the terms and conditions of the Data Protection Act.
1.7 Payments: Customers who enrol in our monthly or Bi-Monthly rounds can pay by three methods, online bank transfer, cash or card machine, whichever is easiest for you.
